Deputy Chief Leroy Stover is a member of the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Fairfield, Alabama where Dr. O. C. Oden Jr., is Pastor. Stover serves as the leader of the Deacon Ministry and teaches a class on Christian Discipleship.
