MISSION STATEMENT: To oversee, manage and conduct the financial affairs of the church allowing for the fulfillment of the Church’s mission to spread the gospel.
PURPOSE: Maintains receipts of all incoming and outgoing money. Responsible for disbursement of funds for church programs, activities and functions. To maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and to provide the Pastor and other appropriate officials or church members with financial records.
This ministry shall have authority to oversee, manage, and conduct financial affairs of the church including investing funds held by the church. Each member owes a fiduciary duty to the church.
Oversight is provided by the Trustee Ministry. The Finance Ministry shall provide upon request any records for review by the Trustees or the Pastor.
